Jak44 i think you will find the company shares the same view and unless its a deal to good to refuse i know that Geoff is doing whats best for the long term holders and is not interested in a quick buck. Geoff wants to release the full value of the company and is not interested in a take over at anything less then its fair potential.
Its good to know as id preffer that ADO goes at it alone that way shareholders will reap the rewards in the long term. Then again everything is for sale at a price.
