The board did listen to the shareholders as the Options were not approved they have not been issued!
The capital raising was approved by shareholders and has subsequently been placed!
ADE needs the cash to fund their respective share of the drilling and development of PEL 218 and ATP 855!

Wonder if you have read any of the last 6 months announcements?

How else do you propose this company continues to develop, unfortunately 'magic' is not an option!
