plenty has been said, as I see it some vgood sensible posting too from the regulars. i will say this much:

The sub report on wogcc is clear 'due to the drilling of a wildcat well in a new area' TB's done this for a reason (confidential in my view is to keep all the detail gathered in his thorough planning, testing and analysis in ssn's approach to the Niobrara - good call mate) and i'd be pretty certain its in ssn shareholders best interests.

You never know what or who's around the corner. TB's running our co and i don't doubt him in his endeavours

as far as Albrandt's concerned no surprise there, chk have already proven their ability to drill in this part of Wy without the benefit of 3D or analysis. I recall chk approached ssn to partner on a well or two in Wy, chk have known for sometime that they require ssn to assist in cracking the code in this part of the Nio.
