With the recent Billing deal with CM, the upcoming CM deal doesnt really matter as much
The Billing deal allows them to sell Apps to all CM customers anyway. It is the way the Lottery deal will happen and why the Russian is involved..
The CM deal now is more of a formality than an essential part of the puzzle
why the cm deal doesn't matter
