Yes, you made it clear that you were basing it on assumptions, but your conclusions expressed only 2 possibilities.
"IF and only IF the events occurred in the way described above, then the Co had only 2 choices:"
So I was just implying that those 2 choices are bad and that there are actually more possibilities.
Regardless, the elephant in the room is that LCY is giving away half of our company without putting in the dollar signs and percentages. So we need that info asap, if it exists.
