Can I just say to all the doomsayers out there.... SELL..... I'm sick of reading muppets whinging about this stock - if your not happy get out, management is not forcing you to hold stock!!!
The simple reality of this deal is that we have a significant asset that requires investment to be realised, short of help from BPT who are paying above the current stock price, this asset will not be realised..... Most raisings I have been apart of the investor pays below the actual share price.
This is a good deal for ADE holders as the shale gas will now be able to flow.
As for being a onebagger, I have never read such garbage in my life - myths.
