Martis the Bear having gained power from the sacred place of the 11000, and having formed an alliance with Caylus the short , did press the Roman bulls within a whisker of the Roman border of the 10600.

After inspiring his men with the squiggly runes that spiral downward by which Martis makes his prophecies the barbarian horde overran the Roman Border and the banner of the Bears did trample the 10600 and broke the Roman Shield wall there and pursued the Standards of the Bulls into fresh new ground.

The numbers of the barbarian horde did swell for the warlords of the breakout traders did short the break of the 10600 and some who were previously cautious, waited for the backtest, and having received it, did say it was a sign from the gods and joined the ranks of Martis the Bear for they thought surely the spirits of the Smart Money are for the bears and for the C wave.

The Sky grew dark and the thunder rolled as the gods gathered in the storm clouds to watch the battle so that they may be entertained by the slaughter as the fighting grew fierce and the bodies of both sides lay strewn about the battlefield in great volume.

Again the battle spread wide upon the field and moved into the swamp lands of the 10400 and an eerie mist did rise up from the ground and the spirits of the smart money did slither and writhe and creep within the mist over the bodies of the fallen to feed upon the stop losses of the Roman Bulls. And their whisperings did rise up from the mist as they spoke unutterable and terrible words of the collapse of the EU and the banks and the entire world financial system, and with many such words did they terrify the Roman bulls and many fled the battle. And the bears seeing the spirits of the smart money amongst the Bulls did presume that indeed the smart money would usher in the C wave on that very day.

But the shield wall of the Roman Bulls did stand fast at the 10400, and the Roman commanders screamed at the men in the shield wall that they should stop their ears to the whisperings of the smart money and they commanded songs of the fundamentals and the oversold and the cheap should be sung loud to drown out the terrifying noises that came from the mist.

Then the messengers sent back by the Roman commanders returned and with them they brought reinforcement led by a Roman General who is known as “The Goblin,” so named for he is an extremely ugly man with a large nose and rotting teeth – but what teeth he did have he had sharpened with a file to a point.

And seeing that the Romans were hard pressed the Goblin flew into a rage and broke out of the Roman shield wall, casting aside his helmet and his breastplate and shield and wielding two Roman swords in his right hand and his left he roared his challenge to the barbarian front lines and waded into them in front of the shield wall.

The spirits of the smart money grew still and the air grew electric as The Goblin fought like a man possessed with the battle fury full upon him and the Bears did fall to his right and his left as he slashed their throats above and gutted their bellies below and the ground around about him grew muddy with blood and gore and shit.

And the gods looked down and were pleased with The Goblin for he amused them and entertained them with his courage, and so pleased they rewarded his reckless and desperate act.

The whispering of the smart money did rise again from the mist, but this time they spoke rumours of the EU lending support to the banks and a terrible sucking noise came from the mist and the spirits of the smart money began to turn.

And at that moment the Druids of the Romans did return from the public holiday and Barnsty the picker of bottoms and Backa the Red did glide out upon the swamp land like wraiths and they wielded the Fibs and did point the pitchfork to the sky and lightning did flash back and forth across the heavens.

And Barnsty did draw the rune of the 76.4 fib upon the 10400 and standing over it he cried out with shrill voice

    “YOU . . . SHALL NOT . . . PASS!!!”

And such words have now gone down in lore. Many a bard will tell that it was Gandalf the Grey who spoke thus and turned the tide of battle, but we who were there know it was Barnsty the picker of bottoms and that there were no hobbit lovers on the battlefield that day.

After barnsty uttered these words, the spirits of the smart money did move swiftly back, racing through the ranks of the bears, and many a daytrader and breakout trader did fear for their stops and fled the battle and Martis the Bear cursed them for their cowardice, but Caylus the short, fearing that his 7 percent stop may be in jeopardy urged Martis that they should retreat and and have the men cover their shorts lest the smart money leave them nothing but the shirts on their backs.

The barbarian horde fled in the last hour of the battle and The Goblin ordered his cavalry that they should pursue them quickly that they might cut as many of them down as possible before night fell.

And the Romans recaptured the Border at the 10600 and as they crossed Caylus the Short turned back and cursed the Romans.

“Do not think this brief victory will last but a moment,” Caylus scorned. “The Chinese will not save you, nor the Japanese. Your retail investors are powerless and the Hedgefunds are against you. Even the great and mighty like Buffet and Soros and Rodgers have thrown in their lot with us. You cannot stand.”

And he sneered and continued, “Be it two days or two months or two years, your borders will fall to the C Wave and the 10000 shall be trampled by the bear.”

But the Romans heeded him not and they spurned and taunted him and their drums pounded as they screamed out the song of the thunder from the book of the ACDC.
And they pushed the barbarians to the 10800, and Caylus the Short, afraid that the smart money might rob him of his 7 percent stop loss, did reduce it to 3 % - just in case.

And the gods were greatly amused for the over enthusiastic daytrader had burned his shorts. And also the Bulls after burning their stop losses did then turn and pay a premium to reenter the battle as they pursued the price that had run away from them and the the gods peeled in laughter as they contemplated perhaps sending the Smart money to hunt their stops again - and they revelled in the mayhem.
