    I'm not sure why everyone on the LCY forum keeps talking about getting HAW for a steal and that we are a rubbish company. I own both LCY and HAW and find it quite stupid for people to talk like that, we are in a JV on the same mine site, what benefit do they get by talking down a partner?

    Does anyone have a copy of the JV between HAW and LCY? Is there a way HAW can back out of it?
