    In my opinion it appears that parties may be interested in crashing the share price for a takeover/delisting which may include debt renegotiation.

    TPI has droped over $1b in cap over last 12mths,debt now equals equity. Buying the company for its debt value is a defacto liquidation particularily if you can obtain a discount on debt.

    Could be the Peabody or Warburg Pincus factor.

    I believe the play will unfold when SP goes into the 40's and the banks start to make public noises over breach of covenants.

    While I haven't analysed the proposed executive remuneration package carefully it seems related to earnings per share and increased revenues. It does nothing to incentify to recover the 70% loss of the shareholders capital. One might argue one will lead to the other, but if so why not make the shareprice recovery the actual KPI, we really don't care how they get there.
