I have been the one...attempting to explain to the bears,,,how inflation works..
its really really simple...

I have done this for years...

also explained to them, the devaluation of the dollar...

but there is no way a bear can understand, nor work out, how inflation has affected the housing market...

they just want a 50% drop in prices....

for no rhyme or reason..

your cheap shot remarks to me about inflation....were directed to the wrong poster...
you should explain to the bears how it works...they may take notice of another with similar ideas to their own
