Conditions required for listing (chapter 1)

"The asx share holder spread requirements or number of security or share holders required is 500 x $2000 holdings or 400 x $2000 holdings + 25% held by unrelated parties"

Delisting (chap 17, sec 10)

"The asx may at any time end quotation of a class of an entity's securities if either of the following applies

- The entity requests it
- The securities no longer meet the requirements necessary for quotation"


So the spread will come into play at a threshold, but looks like they can just request it regardless.
