re: have people received their ssp application for would you go for 1.5c above, instead?

its a significant dilution, look what happened to the sp last time.

like someone else said here, wouldn't participate unless the current sp was over 45c or perhaps 65c.
looks like it might have a hard time, but i have been wrong before,
what if it is undersubscribed?
