That details were rejected because they did not fit the departments "model". Because my sibling claimed to spend little to no money on "entertainment" like restaurants, movies etc. it was rejected, because no one would live that frugally and the amount in the "model" was used instead. This of course boosted his "income".

Debts built up on the credit card was also counted as income and repayments also were counted as income.

It was a nightmare.
