As for people able to say stuff because they are suspended that is wrong. The shares are still listed and the registry is still open so you can still transfer off-market so rules still apply in regards to insider trading or confidentiality claused signed in negotiations.

GTM is gold and any other minerals will happen after gold is back on track.

I can only hope that this is dragging out as new parties have enquired as they have heard of GTM's financial plight and are trying to get a piece. This will lead to a better deal for shareholders as the original Fat P supposed deal was a train wreck for GTM. Shame GTM wasn't more proactive earlier to ensure these sad events wouldn't be so critical.

GTM was being looked at by ASX at least a month ago- interesting even though suspended they should be releasing the details of the problems that obviously created this crisis so we can absorb them rather than mix them up in all the "good news" of relisting with cash. Management has obviously told all those offering finance and the institutional funds who might participate so why should smaller holders not be given time to absorb the information as well
