re: lastminute uk sale t/o I think management wants to fix the profit then start promoting it, but it could be in the eyes of a t/o company, since its 2 brands are highly valuable in the travel market, and with a bit of extra promotion and the new intgretated online booking system it would be quite easy to turn a profit now compared to previously.
At 8-10 million market cap it is trading at substantial discount to the rest of the sector and we can see what the UK lastminute.com website is worth from the huge t/o which is occuring in the uk presently..
