"Mount a covert operation?" A little on the "Batman" cartoon side, no? I would have thought that intelligent people would come up with intelligent answers. One is being applied right now. The Bali tourist industry, as well as that of the rest of Indonesia has collapsed and it will take ages before -if ever- it recovers. That is just one means and there are others. Many others, which involve both, Indonesia as well as Australia. I don't know why our PM, for example talks of "good relationships" with Indonesia when at least the judicial counterparts don't talk with one another. Who, apart from the military relate?
