obviously not 400k mums and dads buying a share each... but probably smart investors/traders realizing that this company is getting very cheap and will more than likely have strong fluctuations in price during drilling, as was witnessed in their previous browse drilling campaign, which can be taken advantage of... makes more sense to me than "they" trying to convince someone to stay in by increasing the buying by a measured amount ... buyer/seller ratio, supply and demand... simple.
