Whatever the case may be, all we are doing by b!@#ching about PS is creating a negative sentiment about the ability of management to get the job done effectively. If I was a new investor and was reading these threads I wouldn't be exactly filled with confidence and may be convinced NOT to buy shares in ACL. Thus in effect we are shooting ourselves in the foot. I have been guilty of the above previously but maybe its time we put a lid on it. If you feel the need to vent, then do it directly to the source and not over an open forum like this.
