I think the unfortunate thing for Pete is that if a shareholder brings something to his attention (as in this case) that is considered material information he has an obligation to make an announcement, now how that is worded etc and dealt with is another thing. I personally don't expect ACL to be wasting time looking for DMF filings etc at the odd chance someone may or may not file, there are more pressing things to move on with.
