Do I buy? Nah, wait for a pullback. Doesn't come. Keeps going up. Ok, better buy before its too late and I miss out (Smart money selling) Markets starts to head down. Its ok, buy the dip. Keeps dippin'. Starts diving. Nah, I'm hanging on. Can't go any lower. Capitulates. (Smart money buying) Ok, I'm selling, its gonna go way lower. Market starts going up again.

Careful you're not a buyer at the top and a seller at the bottom. That's what 'they' want you to do.

Bear market rally IMO. May have more legs, but charts are still bearish and fundamentals are rubbish.
