You said you spoke to Jill for about half an hour. Did she say anything else of interest that you did not expect? Do you get the feeling they are genuinely content with the outcome or are they as pissed off as the rest of us with the way this has all unfolded and they are just putting on a brave face?

I also just want to thank you for sharing your research over time. Young and inexperienced investors like myself have learnt alot from your postings
