If the girl chooses to go to school looking like GUMBY then she should be expelled - its called a uniform - as in uniformity of dress and code - which is school policy - if she chooses to go out of unifrom - why cant the rest of the school turn up in boardies and tee shirts ?
The principal is a woose - suspend her "ass".
