stockplaya...the majority are still down. It's very hard to pick the bottom and then play it to perfection.
Eg. Look at PDN ($5 to 1.10 low) and KAR ($7 to 2.70 low).
Both have bounced big time.....but on the way down, both past oversold targets where you thought....CHEAP, MUST BUY.....only to get burnt.
Small % are up right now......the SHORTERS have been at it since early 2011.
