roh, is the offtake agreement still valid? If so, how will CDU attract another major investor? And can OW be trusted to adhere to its terms when delivery is made?

If it is not still valid, will OW sell their shares on relisting?

Does Ma still keep his seat on the board?

CDU was on its way to mining. Now they are starting negotiations for at least the third time this year for finance. WM might not have ruled out bank financing, but he has no say in that matter. That is up to the banks, and their answer will be no.

Hardly any posters here realise just how bad CDU's position probably is. Not that they can do anything about it.
