SSN has 66% WI in the Roosevelt Projects with low purchase price per acre of tenement. I personally think TB is a real business talent.
The second point is that it has mentioned these lands were oil producing acreages before and were abandoned due to slump oil prices. Now the oil prices are above $80 and TB has the foresight to grab them before other companies aware. Genius.
