Great thread guys and some great advice, Footy I don't think you needed to apologise for anything, everyone has differing views. As mentioned there are lots of different time frames for people, it's all good :)

I started off a short termer (day trade), but after just a few hours research and reading these threads I was soon back in for the long term. And that was way before any thought of a land sale. Been trading and accumulating ever since. Very impressed with Terry Barr, hard not to be imo, my confidence in him and SSN has only grown stronger, and I still learn heaps by reading the SSN threads so keep it up everyone :)
