MORNING TENDSETTERS

Shaping up for a bit of a week xjo'ers.

We have a sudden switchover of sentiment to the bullish side.

Overview in plain English

Cyclichigh - went long before the rally based on cycles.

Redbacka - sees a double bottom and is watching for MA cross overs and a bullish short term trend.

Haspete is assertively bullish based on a fairly reliable 'Adam and Eve' candle structure. It appears eveident in the GFC low and the 2010 lows

Sck has been for the upside for a few weeks and has been right for one of them.

However...

Caylus is still adding shorts.

Martis is stoic in his capitulation forecast short - term.

Which brings us to the XJO man of the day.

Some say that his current girlfriend is a double 30 inch screen and that he loves to dance to 'Shake it, shake it baby' with the Blues Brothers when he gets home from work late at night.

"Do I buy? Nah, wait for a pullback. Doesn't come. Keeps going up. Ok, better buy before its too late and I miss out (Smart money selling) Markets starts to head down. Its ok, buy the dip. Keeps dippin'. Starts diving. Nah, I'm hanging on. Can't go any lower. Capitulates. (Smart money buying) Ok, I'm selling, its gonna go way lower. Market starts going up again.

Careful you're not a buyer at the top and a seller at the bottom. That's what 'they' want you to do.

Bear market rally IMO. May have more legs, but charts are still bearish and fundamentals are rubbish.
