    Yes, SEMS, they are conservative with their earnings estimates. The good thing is, they have a dividend policy (many of these ASX companies just have random dividends,with no policy to back them), so every time they make a buck, we make a little money ourselves.

    Still the sell-down on. The volume is reasonable. I wouldn;t be surprised if a few super funds started picking up some IFM's. It's a cracking dividend @ 13 + fully franking currently wit the SP @ 18.5c. But hey, if those Intelligent Investor folks want to keep selling it down as per their recent recommendation, it's an even better investment @ 17.5c, which is the lowest we've seen so far, I think. This company doesn't look to be going broke any time soon.
