I agree with your thoughts.
It seems as though Anglo/ARM are stalling.
The idea NKWE is to give away 50% of the Garatau project to Anglo for free, is a bit rich, especially when the DMR have already awarded NKWE the mining rights. If NKWE can cut a deal with Anglo and the DMR over Anglo's Old Order Mining rights we should do it and move on, look for partners who can fast track this mining development.
Somebody posted recently the Russians and the Chinese are interested. I can back up this claim. I was told they have been waiting for an opportunity to negotiate since Indaba.
My sources tell me the company is close to 100% legal ownership of all their farms. Once the ownership debacle is finally concluded this will offer considerable opportunity to choose the financial partners which best suits NKWE, instead of being forced into a corner and black mailed.
