some semi related comment.
i was in namib last year. yes the chinese built a new museum in windhoek as a present...for mining rights etc. guess who built it, some prisoners they brought over from china. they walk around at night some of these fellows. so my friends wife wasnt happy for us to be walking around at night or for her kids coz noone knows what the crimes committed were.. murder? kid danger? noone knew.
u see he was mugged once by a freelance drivers, tried to strangle him for $70 in an empty lot, sh*t his pants from fear, kicked his way out from adrenalin and walked down the highway home. its not usually dangerous in town. anyway the chinese have been moving in for a while now. nothing new. good news today though for topping up etc
