Your subject line "time to think and think hard" i think applies to everyone posting on this SDL thread, especially me. I am very thankful that i've been suspended over the last 14 days (even though it was unjust IMO) anyway, because i would have ranted and raved like a lunatic, instead, i've had time to think, reflect, calm down, soak it up, suck it up and accept what has happened.

Everyone has the right to do what they like with their holdings, i don't care what anyone else does with theirs, and no one cares what i do with mine. BUT, come on guys, time to wake up, time to be logical.

For those that say HOLD because when we vote NO this will cause a big backflip and Hanlong will be backed into a corner....please wake up, they are not silly, they know they have this, they have thought of everything, look at the share price, it's over. By all means we all have the right to our 2 cents, but be real.

For those waiting for a counter bid, not gonna happen, how do i know? I most certainly don't, but we all know deep down, if the board, GJ, GC etc had the power to get a JV, they would have. Like someone on here posted a while back, part of the agreement that we won't see, part of the discussions that we won't hear, probably included conditions that this was to be Chinese owned, we all know the relationship between the Chinese and Cameroonian/ Congo Govt.

Lastly, all other theories people have on here, come on, really?

Anyway, i'm no longer angry, YES i am upset, my average was higher than most but if/when the 57c comes through, i made a small profit, and i accept that. I am greatful to the board, but at the same time will not trust anything a board says again, i'll just go with my gut. I fell for people's ramping of this stock, and i bought, but that was my choice, so there is no one to blame.

Overall, i learned a great deal about investing, trust, falling in love with a stock, politics, the Chinese way of business, ramping and much much more.

And now it's nearly over for this chapter, i will take what i've learned and adapt it into my next investment.
