a stockprice of 5 aud means a market cap of 8 billion $.
at a P/E of 10 this means lynas has to earn 800 million $ a year.
with a production of 22.000t from end of 2012... this means a REO price (after costs) of 36 US$/kg.
This means that the REO price for mt weld must fall 75% from now.
THIS IS VERY VERY UNLIKELY!!!!
