IMO, there are only two possible outcomes here: EITHER a deal (whatever the terms) with Anglo/ARM OR years of legal battles.
Anglo is in no hurry and holds all the cards. It's not surprising they want 50% back for starters... these were their projects only a few years ago.
Anyone who has read the Concourt decision should understand the obstacles will Genorah/ NKP face if this goes to court.
It's one thing to try to roll the Beng (Concourt applicants,) but Anglo will be a much more formidable opponent in court.
No other company will cut a deal with NKP unless the Anglo ownership issue is settled, IMO.
