Stagman, I think you'll find that I've been saying for a very long time that Anglo will tie this up in court. The faithful simply find it more palatable coming from you.

Actually, I find it surprising that Anglo would offer to settle for 50% ownership prior to any JV deal.

That implies that either they are in a serious hurry (unlikely considering the value at stake,) or that Anglo are not as sure of their legal footing as it first appeared, IMO.
