Many shareholders asked many questions such as:
1- Why a director gets half a million$ salary?
2- Why 100K Bonus?
3- Why too many SPP-S (taking money from shareholders)?
4- Why they keep promising 300,000 ounces production rate without even been able to achieve 10% of this amount?
I think I found the answer for all the above questions. First, let me ask another question: Do you know why a dog licks his ball? The answer is because he can!
Sadly, we do not have proper regulation or even proper education to protect the "foolish shareholders".
