Watch the USA come out of hibernation next year, with that will be an INCREASE in interest rates as their economy will over shoot the mark and look like overheating.
Australia will have NO choice but to follow the rate rises as to stem capital / investment out flows.
The first to get it in the neck will be the property investors, and down turn in our own economy will neck the owner occupier market.
The future for the housing market looks top heavy with high risk.
