Obviously I wish everything could happen 'yesterday' as it were.. But we have a serious business now, Mike is streets ahead of those before him as is our mine manager & tech team is singing from a single songbook. I've realised how important planning & scheduling is to our business for us to grow sustainably. Which is why we're building mining reserves.
