    Good points.

    It could also indicate the "No" voters are giving STO a scare and Deutsche DB is buying as nominee for STO.

    I thought STO had the numbers ages ago but I could be wrong again.

    Assuming STO are concerned about winning the vote, the share price correlation between ESG & ESG may break some time in the lead up to the meeting.

    Just speculation.
