There is a bunch of guys that do it Rob. It is there business/trading model to put these low ball bids in across all the penny dreadfuls (thats hundreds of stocks), they will get hit on one at some stage, as someone panics out, and will benefit when normal pricing resumes.

Not unsurprising ANPs price action today. It has been clear for a while that the dedicated bio-tech money will not support ANP anymore, like they used to. ANP has let too may people down over too long a time period now.
But we are after third time lucky right!!!.
