'Student', rather than send a so called 'tirade' at me, (and believe me that wasn't one), perhaps you should put up an alternative view about who YOU think is shorting PDN then, as the figures are indisputable that it is being shorted dramatically?
I can assure you that the numbers are out there, and when a company capital raises, it's because they want or need the cash. The share price only becomes an issue to management if it's being driven down for a takeover.
See if you can attract poster downside's attention, and he'll tell you the main players in the stock for the last couple of weeks if you ask nicely, but please think twice before you go off at people who've seen it all before.
You'll note I didn't say the company was run by idiots. That was your interpretation of what I said, and certainly the wrong interpretation. I said that if it were me making the placement,(or why didn't they) I would have asked for a 'no shorting of this stock' guarantee/caveat to be signed at the time.
Legal's should have been able to knock that up, but as I say, the price doesn't matter to them critically while they go about their business.
