I didn't want them to recommend anything mate. Let alone the low ball offer that was put on the table. Read my post properly, and you may see that I have never said anything of the kind.

As for me saying that they should tell Shell where to go, they've had the opportunity to do it before, and they could have done that before recommending the offer to us. They didn't !!!

But, if they wished to do so, they could do what AOE did with Shell and batted for some more. And they did that by achieving a few sweeteners along the way for the AOE shareholders.

I would much prefer for them to tell Shell where to go and proceed with the reserves upgrades. Although it may depends on what they have agreed to, and signed, with AOE with that SoA.

And IMO, if they wanted to make it a little hard for them (AOE), they could also supply a very good picture about us with the Independent Expert during and prior to his completion of the IER.

As for the big rain coming, we all know how good the weather forecasters are. Sometime they get it right, others they won't. And in the majority of cases they don't.

Agreeying to a low ball offer because you are frightened of what the weather can do, IMO is a little foolish. No one should ever dream of starting a mining company if they are worried about the possibility of rains.

Did they (the weather forecasters) forecast all the flood last year prior to happening ?? I don't know. Just asking.
But somehow I very much doubt it.

Finally, like you, I would like to see someone else joining in with a higher bid. The point that we don't know of as yet though, is as to which restrictions, if any, our Board has agreed to.
