They can attempt to sell some assets but if they are up against a wall it will go at firesale price (if anyone actually wants any of it).
Once they run out of money they are insolvent and they will cease to trade on the ASX until they can either raise some money or administrators will come in and try to sell things off, repay any debt and simply close the doors.
Trust me if EMG runs out of cash this is not going to be a good outcome for shareholders.
