I have been paying a tax for years, well actually a levy, its called the Murray River Levy.....have you seen that state of the Murray?
Just one example of many where Gov have built a long term framework (tax) which has then been used to fund everything but what the levy is for.....and doesnt and didnt actually resolve anything including the issue at hand ie: The River Murray.
