Yep, come July next year DYE will have access to $3.2 worth of grants from the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) and $10 billion worth of financing from the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC).
Given the relatively small size of the renewables sector (and nuclear, bio-fuels, CCS are all ineligible), it's reasonable to assume DYE can secure tens of millions of dollars from each.
Not only can it pursue everything on its wish list, but access to finance (govt guaranteed loans or direct equity investment) means it can ditch SpringTree in favour of cheaper alternatives.
