feel sorry for those who sold at 1.6 as a result of all the negative talk.
look there has been some big buyers in this, we can think of reasons why some had to sell, but I keep saying this could be 10 times this easy, going by my numbers which you can all look back and see
those buying big parcels obviously want to see a decent return.
