What do you suppose about the current corporate structure of Sino Strategic International?
My inclination is to think that GCN is no longer part of SSI's corporate structure, since SSI and Sino GL Pty Ltd have divested themselves of their shares in GCN.
Or is there some backdoor method whereby SSI can retain GCN within its corporate structure, even though they own no shares in GCN?
As I pointed out in an earlier post, SSI is still claiming GCN on its corporate web site
http://www.sino.com.au/corporate.shtml
but maybe this has not been updated to reflect current structure.
