To be honest it would be good if Axiom could bring us some news from our other plays vietnam or queensland just to freshen things up a bit on this forum, as the guessing and bitching is getting a bit monotonous now.
Like i said previously no one knows whats going to happen as in investor you wouldn't put money on anything said on this forum regarding the outcome of this case so why go on.

My feeling is that legally i believe Ryan and the team have done everything by the book as far as they could do.
If we do happen to get shafted over a shonky land title or mining license then that is beyond our control and we will pay the specy price i suppose.
put this to bed till DEC or an earlier court session
Ryan if you do read HC then put some fresh life back into it give us a titbit from elswhere
