Apparently there are some clauses that go along with the Adani deal.

There is one that is something like this: If the mine is not developed and coal not produced then the ownership returns to Linc and the 500m is lost.
Cant remember if there was a date or period by which production would need to start, but the royalty value is still there and i recall back to last year when i think it was mentioned that it is also tied to yearly inflation.

I dont think the scenario above will occur, but there were some doubters about

Reckons it might be end of 2013.

Hey Cinnabar it was at Four Seasons at Rocks/C-Quay
Didnt read the menu but there were an assortment of wines and beer
Canapes baramundi spring rolls, samoosas, sushi, something else like rice paper sushi?, fancy prawn battered things,
gourmet steak( small round thick), gourmet fish
some extravagant desserts and tea/coffee
it was nice.
