Mate, I honestly do NOT agree - no offence. The gold deposit they are buying - at the cost of diluting existing shareholders - was discvovered in 1974 by RIo Tinto.

They NEVER developed it, nor has Oceana Gold. In fact Oceana have rarely mentioned the project at all in any of their company reports to the ASX.

People scrambled into this stock on the back of exciting exploration plays for copper overseas, NOT to gain exposure to what is clearly a very MARGINAL gold prospect in - of all places - New Zealand.

Not impressed at all.
