    Yep agreed.

Cannot honestly see it. As previously argued in my dogmatic and sometimes annoying manner, Charles Morgan the chairman, controls KOG and GGE big time and KOG has like 6.4b shares on issue and they show no appetite over there for a consolidation. it is therefore logical that they would do one over here, if not first ( the red flag) at KOG.

Moreover the directors being human and into self preservation as I am, paid serious dollars for shares at .004 in the share issue and I cannot see them dialling themselves.

Next, of the 3.7b shares on issue at GGE, 30% is taken out of the pool of shares as they owned by the directors and it is inconcievable these will ever be traded unless they exit the company. The balance is not so big.

Finally, the sale of la Posada for $7.5m put the argument for a consolidation well and trully to bed for mine, as the driver for the consolidation would have been to reduce the number of shares and slip another share issue in to raise funds. But GGE is well cashed up...Just no point.

At the end of the day the solution to GGE is getting all these wells in the process of completion generating cash flow ie earnings, which is what will drive this stock. A consolidation will not make a zak of difference and they know it.
